I am now also trained in M.A.T. jumpstart--Muscle Activation Techniques. M.A.T. is a systematic approach for evaluating and correcting muscular imbalances that contribute to injury, impeded recovery, and compromised performance.

The Lifestyle Program For Weight Loss on CD:

Until now, The Lifestyle Program For Weight Loss has been offered only face-to-face, either in a small group setting or individually. Now, for the first time, the sessions have been recorded, so that those of you who can’t attend in person can reap the same benefits from this proven successful program.

What you will be listening to is the 10-week Lifestyle Program, in its entirety. The Lifestyle Program is led by Fran Werner, who has helped thousands of people lose weight since 1982. You will receive 10 CDs, each with accompanying handouts. In addition, there will be a worksheet, or review sheet, with each week’s lesson, to further help you assimilate the information. This program is a great review for everyone who has previously followed the program and a wonderful learning tool for those who can’t attend in person. Wellness Coaching:

I am pleased to announce the expansion of my practice to include healthy lifestyle coaching. This new dimension will help more people to achieve their lifestyle goals. Since coaching is done primarily through phone and e-mail contact, my services and expertise will now be available to people throughout the country and throughout the world.

I received my certification in coaching healthy behaviors from the Cooper Institute in Dallas. In addition, I am a founding member of wellcoaches.com. These credentials, in addition to my other certifications, education, and experience, enable me to provide you with a wider range of services. My commitment remains that of helping you become your happiest, healthiest best.

Coaching is a bit different from the services I’ve previously been providing. My weight management program and personal training have consisted of teaching and training. Lifestyle coaching involves a broader range of healthy behavior goals, and more responsibility on your part. You decide what you want to work on, and I coach, or guide, you to create the solutions to achieve them. Health-e-tips:

Health-e-tips arrive in your e-mail box twice weekly, usually Monday and Thursday mornings. This is a free service, available to anyone. Personal Training:

Personal training is no longer just for the elite. Many years ago, I opened my own personal gym to clients to offer personal training services. I have been a certified personal trainer since 1984, specializing in strength training. Most personal trainers encourage you to train with them exclusively, but I offer my services in a slightly different way. You can train with me, at my gym, or train at your gym, or train at your home. Whichever you choose, I can help set you up on a program that will help you achieve your fitness goals. Many of my clients come to me only once a month, when I set them up on a program and send them home with the program with pictures explaining the exercises; they then work out on their own. I also help you purchase your own equipment, whether it be bands, balls, and/or weights.
