More of us are eating on the run and in the car. This doesn't mean that you have to sacrifice making healthy food choices. Here are links to the nutritional content for some of your favorites, as well as some tips for ordering healthier.
- Order children's sizes of everything.
- Hold the mayo and the cheese.
- Order grilled vs. fried sandwiches.
- Ask for extra lettuce and tomato on your sandwiches to help you fill up.
- Ask for sauces and dressings on the side.
