Fran will help you turn the emotional issue of weight into an empirical issue and reduce the anxiety about food and eating. About Fran Werner

Fran Werner is a nutrition and weight management professional; since 1984, she has directed Lifestyle Consulting. Fran received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, and her M.A. in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Chicago. She has worked exclusively in the health and wellness industry for over twenty-five years, is an ACSM-certified fitness instructor, an ACE-certified lifestyle and weight management consultant, and a cancer exercise specialist. She develops personalized programs for her clients whose goals are weight management, improved nutrition and effective exercise. Fran has appeared on television and radio, and has presented specialized programs for corporate, community, healthcare and fitness organizations. She has designed menus and analyzed recipes for several restaurant clients. Her book, Dining Lite in Austin, her cookbook, The Lifestyle Cookbook, and quarterly newsletter are a source of enduring guidance for maintaining health and happiness.
